	General Info Unless otherwise stated, there is only one of each item available. Beads in the 'made to order' section will be available for a limited period. The beads and jewellery are all handmade by me in my home studio. Beads are made from soda lime glass from Italy, Germany and the USA and are properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln. Ordering Just click on the 'Add to Cart' button to select your purchase. Once you're finished shopping, you have 2 options. You can either complete the payment procedure securely through Paypal or if you'd rather send a cheque, just complete your order as far as the Paypal section. I'd appreciate it if you would email me and let me know that you'll be sending a cheque so that I can remove the item(s) from sale. Paypal will automatically convert your currency to sterling (GBP) when you complete the checkout. Postage Shipping is now just a flat rate of 50p per package regardless of how many items you purchase. Items to the UK will be sent either by First Class, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on the value of the package. Guarantee I guarantee all of my work, whether it's jewellery or beads. In the unlikely event of a problem when you receive your purchase, please contact me straight away. Full refunds will always be given against faulty items. Refund Policy I try to give an accurate and thorough description of my items along with clear pictures. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but I appreciate that nothing compares with seeing and touching the 'real thing'. If you decide that you need to return an item, it MUST be sent by a recordable method ie Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Sorry but return postage is not refundable.
